Defects, non-compliance and product damage
The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the status of the parcel and the products at the time of delivery.
In the event of anomalies of the parcel (damaged or open parcel, liquid trace, etc.) and / or ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products), the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must return the products to Tuttofissaggiol following the procedures described below. Failure to comply with the correct procedure excludes any action against the carrier and / or custody, including the right to reimbursement of the Order and / or the re-delivery of the ordered products.
The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, may alternatively call Customer Support Customer Service to know how to return the product or products damaged, non-conforming, and / or defective. The procedure for returning damaged, non-compliant, and / or defective products that will be indicated by the Tailoring Customer Service will have to be followed by Buyer. Otherwise, the Buyer can not claim any refund or replacement of the products in question.
- In the event of an anomaly found in the presence of a GLS courier carrier:
Refuse delivery and write in the courier document the set of reservations concerning the anomaly in a clear and detailed manner.
- Procedure that must be followed in case of missing, damaged or defective product:
The Customer Support Service can ask for information on the identity of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order and make any verification that may be useful. The Supporting Customer Service will indicate to the Buyer, or to the recipient, the procedure to return the damaged or defective product, or to get the missing products.
Once the products have been received, Tanning will verify that these products are actually defective, damaged or not in accordance with the description provided on the Website. If such verification is positive, Tailoring will replace the defective, damaged, or inconsistent product and will send it to Buyer as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days of receipt of the products. Shipment costs will be fully covered by Tailoring. In the event that Tanning is unable to substitute the products within the above deadline, Fitting will promptly inform the Buyer at the e-mail address indicated at the time of the purchase registration and will reimburse Buyer for the cost of such products and shipping costs where the Buyer provides proof of the cost incurred to return the products. Refund of the price will be made by Tune-in with the methods chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from the date it will receive the products.
In the event that, after examining the returned products, the Fertilizer reasonably believes that the products can not be considered defective, damaged or inconsistent with the description on the Website, the Buyer will not be entitled to the refund and the products will be returned to you with charge shipment costs to the buyer

Right and terms for the exercise of the withdrawal
According to the law (art. 59 para. E DLGS 21/2/2014), the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the parcel containing the ordered goods without penalty and without any reason turning to customer service.
The Buyer, by exercising the right of withdrawal under this Article, within the terms and in the manner described below for the return of the products, may obtain from his / her choice:
reimbursement of the amount paid for products returned to the central warehouse, by re-crediting the relevant amount on your credit card or by bank transfer.
Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumption Code, the costs of repayment will be borne exclusively by Buyer.
 Tackling will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receipt of the return form containing the decision to avail of the right of withdrawal.
 Tackling can hold back the refund until it has received the goods or until the Buyer has shown that he has returned the goods.
Refunds will be made through the transfer procedure of the amount charged on the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer via the bank details (IBAN code of the account holder) provided by the Buyer within the Return Form.
The products must be returned to their original integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else that they provide, under conditions that can be resold.
It is also recalled that parcels sent at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
The Buyer and / or the recipient of the Order will necessarily have to fill in the appropriate Return Form, received by email after contacting the customer service, duly completed and signed as indicated.
In order to change the products purchased on-line, you must submit a copy of the purchase invoice or confirmation of order evasion with the merchandise in the Tanning shop.
The change can only be made with products of equal or higher amount than the ones that you want to make, even the partial reimbursement of the amount spent may in fact be obtained only by returning the product to the head office.
The return of the products will not be accepted beyond the statutory term for withdrawal and cancellation of the contract.
